Universal precautions shall be observed to prevent contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials... When provision of handwashing facilities is not feasable, the employer shall provide either an appropriate antiseptic hand cleanser in conjunction with clean cloth/paper towels or antiseptic towelettes.
