Standards, Lead Time, Minimum & Policies for Special Order/Private Label Products

Silk Screened Cabinets/Kits:

Minimum Order:  100 (Customer must accept +/- 10 %).

Lead Time: 8 to 10 weeks from receipt of Purchase Order and Camera Ready Art.

Quote:  Must be in writing.  Must be prepared by Wholesale purchasing department.

Stocking:  We will hold kits for 90 days.  The 90 days starts upon receipt of kits or cabinets (if empty) or from the date of completion (if filled).  The customer service supervisor must be notified as CS will track the 90 days. 

Additional information:  All quotes will be on a per cabinet/kit price.  Price quoted will include set up fees, silk screen charges, labor etc.  Maximum of two colors per kit. 

Purchase Order Information:  Required.  Nothing will be ordered until we receive a Purchase Order from the customer.  Order must be on a separate PO.  PO must state that all cabinets/kits will be taken within 90 days of receipt/completion date. 

Custom filled cabinets/kits/bags:

Minimum Order: For 2, 3, 4, & 5 shelf cabinets the minimum order will be 40 cabinets.  For truck kits special filled bags, and trauma kits the minimum order will be 60 kits.

Lead Time: 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of Purchase Order

Stocking:  We will not stock custom fill kits.  Customer must take all kits/cabinets ordered upon completion.

Additional Information:  Special Order/Non-stock items included in kits may lengthen lead time.
